Bobby Browder


Bobby earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Theatre & Design from Ball State University in 1997. He holds a Securities License and is a Registered Investment Advisor. He also is a licensed Insurance Agent in the State of Indiana.

From 1996-1998 Bobby worked as a lighting/Laser/Pyrotechnics Technician for Carnival Cruise Lines. He worked as a lighting technician from 1998 to 1999 for The Show Dept., a regional corporate lighting company in Chicago.

From 1999 to 2004 Bobby worked as the Head Lighting Designer for Emens Auditorium at Ball State University, which served as a touring venue for major Broadway & musical artists. During that time and beyond, until early 2010, Bobby served as a lead Lighting Designer and Production Manager for Majestic Productions. Majestic Productions is a Lighting, Audio, & Video production company that produces shows around the globe in the Christian, Scholastic, and Corporate industries.

Bobby Browder joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor in 2010 after more than a decade of serving in the Christian entertainment industry. The strengths in his business include pension and savings planning for local businesses, client tailored solutions for individualized financial goals, and assisting clients with generating the income necessary to sustain retirement. Hard work, dedication and a passion for helping individuals achieve their long-term investment goals has assisted him in growing a successful practice at Edward Jones. Bobby was named a regional health team leader in 2014, and has recently become a limited partner in the firm. He is responsible for 14 financial advisors in the area encompassing North Central Indiana.


Bobby was instrumental in the development of the Marion High School Alumni Association and continues to serve on its board. In addition, he is co-chairman for the Finance Committee for Marion Community School of the Arts (CSA). CSA is a performing arts school that enhances children’s lives through Music, Dance, and Visual Arts. Bobby assisted his wife in bringing the classical ballet The Nutcracker to their community as a holiday tradition by producing the production enabling local talent to work with the Marion Philharmonic Orchestra and professional guest artist from around the country.
